We had an amazine Farm to Table dinner this year! We had entertainment and drinks outside. The weather was chilly, so we moved the dinner inside. Entertainment was provided by Darcy Nelson.
Our chefs cooked an amazing meal of beet salad, corn chowder, skirt steak, green beans, sourdough breads, apple crisp, and elderberry peach sorbet. So delicious!
Special thanks go to our amazing family members! They worked tirelessly making our meals. Patrick, Sharron, Brian, Jimmy, Denise, Tara, Elliott and our grandchildren were all incredible!
Thanks also goes to our farm hands, Natacha and Amanda! These women are our foundation. They played a huge part in the food we we were served. They planted, harvested, and prepared it.
